Organic 100% rye sourdough.

Preparation method: 1 pack is sufficient for 1kg of flour

Mix 700g white flour and 300g rye flour, the sourdough, along with 2 packs of dry yeast and 2 tsp salt. Add 750ml water and mix for 5 minutes. Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place for 60 minutes. Knead again and divide into two parts in greased baking pans. Set aside for 30 minutes. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes, along with a dish of water. Remove from the pan and let cool.
