Ingredients: gluten-free oat flour, coconut sugar, dark chocolate chips* (cocoa mass, coconut sugar, cocoa butter, shea butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin) (12%), tapioca starch, rice flour, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, baking powder (corn starch, acidity regulator: cream of tartar, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, bourbon vanilla powder. *from organic farming.
Cocoa content in chocolate: min. 61.5%. Chocolate contains vegetable fats in addition to cocoa butter.

May contain traces of sesame seeds, peanuts and other nuts.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place.

Method of preparation:
Ingredients needed:

• 80ml oil or melted butter;
• 50ml milk or plant-based drink

1. Preheat a fan oven to 170°C (or 185-190°C without a fan).
2. Prepare a 30x30 cm tray by lightly greasing it or lining it with baking paper.
3. In a bowl, mix the dry cookie mix with the oil or melted butter and the milk or plant-based drink. Stir well until a smooth dough is formed.
4. Form 12 equally sized balls, arrange them on the tray and press them down slightly.
5. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes, until golden.
6. Let them cool completely before enjoying them.
