To prepare, you will need:

• 20g Bett'r mashed potato mix (1 sachet)
• 70ml water and 70ml milk or plant-based drink
• 1 tsp butter or oil
• salt

1. Pour 70ml water and 70ml milk or plant-based drink into a saucepan and heat until the liquid boils.
2. Remove the pan from the heat, add 20g (one sachet) of Bett'r mashed potato mix to the hot liquid and stir.
3. Optionally add 1 tsp butter or oil and a pinch of salt.
4. Wait 1 minute and stir the puree vigorously with a whisk.
