Its recipe consists of only a few ingredients, is gluten-free and contains no artificial flavorings. The irresistible taste and aroma of vanilla are a result of the added organic Bourbon vanilla, making the product perfectly suitable for small children as well.

The vanilla pudding mix is unsweetened, which allows you to choose the sweetener you want to add.

You only need a few minutes to get the perfect creamy dessert that will win the hearts of all family members.

Preparation instructions for 1 serving (10g):

• 1 tablespoon of pudding mix (10g)
• 150ml of liquid of choice (milk, plant-based drink or water) for a light creamy texture
• sweetener of choice (agave syrup, coconut sugar, erythritol, muscovado sugar, date powder, and many others)

1. Pour about 20ml of the liquid into a bowl and add the pudding mix. Stir well until the pudding mix dissolves in the liquid.
2. Pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan and add the desired amount of sweetener. Place the saucepan on a preheated hob and stir until the liquid boils and the sweetener dissolves.
3. Reduce the heat to low. Add the dissolved mixture in a thin stream to the heated liquid and stir vigorously until thickened.
4. Pour the finished pudding into a dessert bowl and consume it warm or chilled. You can also use it to make homemade cake.
