Cumin (Cuminum cyminum) is a highly aromatic spice with a warm, slightly peppery flavor, widely used in oriental, Indian, Mexican, and Bulgarian cuisine. It is suitable for seasoning meats, soups, stews, rice, and vegetable dishes.
