Fermented Cashew Delicacy with Chili, Delishu, 100g

The new Delishu flavor, in collaboration with Chili Hills, features Chipotle pepper – this is what smoked, dried Jalapeño is called, with a mild and well-balanced moderately spicy taste. The product's spiciness is 3/10 according to Chili Hills' heat classification. Initially, there's a slight burst of heat, but after 3-4 bites, the palate quickly adapts, and this pungency fades, giving way to a rich, smoky, characteristic flavor. A superb combination with a good glass of wine, dark beer, crackers and toast, and all kinds of cuisine. When cooked, the spiciness significantly reduces, but the hint remains, and the other spices – turmeric, nutritional yeast, and cumin – stand out.
Capsaicin in hot peppers is very beneficial, with excellent properties against arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other bone and muscle pains, and it's a wonderful addition to the rich probiotic content and vitamins B1 and B6.
