Grapefruit essential oil has a toning, diuretic, antiseptic effect. The aroma is refreshing and brings good mood and euphoria. Baldini organic aromas are suitable for cooking, baking, and scenting rooms!
It combines well with the aroma of ylang-ylang, jasmine, vanilla, Atlas cedar, tonka bean, sandalwood.

APPLICATIONS:

• For scenting rooms – max. 5 drops in an aroma lamp for rooms up to 20 sq.m.
• For massage – no more than 10 drops of essential oil are added to 50 ml of a carrier oil of choice.
• For a bath – 3 to 5 drops of essential oil, previously dissolved in 2 ml of carrier oil, are added to a bath of warm water.
• In cooking – for flavoring pastries and desserts in combination with vanilla and cinnamon; in Chinese soups and broths in combination with ginger and cloves; for alcoholic cocktails.

Tip for culinary use: The number of drops is determined by the quantity of ingredients and personal taste. The essential oil is first mixed with honey, syrup, or vegetable oil, then added to the other ingredients. If possible, avoid heat treatment or add at the end.
