Carob is an edible pod from the Legume family, used since ancient times for sweetening. Rich in vitamins and minerals, it is widely used in cooking and cosmetics. It often replaces cocoa, especially in children's cuisine, as it does not contain theobromine, caffeine, and phenylethylamine - substances with an excitatory effect. Additionally, it is low in calories.

With a delicate caramel-cocoa flavor, suitable for the whole family! Contains only natural ingredients, without gluten, dairy products, and artificial flavors. A mix without added sugar – choose a sweetener according to your taste.

Method of preparation for 1 serving (10g):

• 1 tablespoon of pudding mix (10g)
• 150ml liquid of choice (milk, plant-based drink or water) for a light creamy texture
• sweetener of choice (agave syrup, coconut sugar, erythritol, muscovado sugar, date powder, and many others)

1. Pour about 20ml of the liquid into a bowl and add the pudding mix. Stir well until the pudding mix dissolves in the liquid.
2. Pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan and add the desired amount of sweetener. Place the saucepan on a preheated hob and stir until the liquid boils and the sweetener dissolves.
3. Reduce the hob to low heat. Add the dissolved mixture in a thin stream to the heated liquid and stir vigorously until thickened.
4. Pour the ready pudding into a dessert bowl and consume it warm or chilled. You can also use it to prepare a homemade cake.
