Methods of application

• Aroma lamp: Add 3-5 drops of the aroma composition directly into the water in an aroma lamp.
• Massage oil: In 50 ml of carrier oil, add 20 drops of the aroma composition and mix well. Use for full-body massage.
• Aroma bath: In 2 ml of carrier oil, add 6-8 drops of the aroma composition and add to the bath water.
