Perga /bee bread/ is bee pollen naturally preserved by bees with lactobacillus and honey. It supports the normal function of the immune system. Dosage:

Adults: Take 6 grains /equal to 720 mg of the supplement/ on an empty stomach in the morning.

Take for 2 months, then take a 2-month break, after which it can be taken again.
