Ingredients: Rice starch, vitamin B yeast (21%), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), nicotinamide (niacin), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, humectant sorbitol, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), D-biotin, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12)

B-complex vitamin capsules provide the body with 8 important vitamins B₁, B₂, B₃, B₅, B₆, B₇, B₉, and B₁₂. B-complex vitamins are involved in a large number of important metabolic processes in the body and contribute significantly to mental and physical well-being.
For energy and the nervous system: B vitamins play an important role for nerves and psyche, especially during high stress, for example at work or at home. In addition, folic acid can help reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue. The capsules are particularly suitable for vegans and vegetarians, as vitamin B₁₂ is usually found primarily in animal foods.

Vitamins B₁, B₂, niacin (B₃), pantothenic acid (B₅), B₆, biotin (B₇), and B₁₂ contribute to normal metabolism and energy production. With the exception of pantothenic acid (B₅), they also contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Folic acid (B₉) contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended use: One capsule with liquid once daily. If there is an increased need, take one capsule twice daily.
