Organ's Egg Replacer is a unique plant-based product that contains no cholesterol, no lactose and can replace a chicken egg. It can be used for making pizzas, bread dough, muffins, meringues, cookies and all kinds of baked goods, as well as for making mayonnaise.

Ingredients: potato starch, tapioca starch; raising agent: calcium carbonate; acidity regulator: citric acid, stabilizer: methylcellulose.

One package = 66 eggs.

Instructions for use: To obtain:

• 1 whole egg: add 1 teaspoon (6g) replacer + 2 tablespoons (30ml) water
• Egg white from one egg: add 1 teaspoon (6g) replacer + 1 tablespoon (15ml) water
• Egg yolk from one egg: add 1 teaspoon (6g) replacer + 1/2 tablespoon (7.5ml) water
