Easter is coming, are you ready for it?
Easter is once again upon us, and it doesn't care that the world is going through something big and difficult, and people are different than before.
It is in each of our hands to bring sunshine back into our hearts and recreate it on the festive table, as well as throughout our home. Spring outside is colorful, fragrant, and challenges you to make your festive table just as vibrant.
Is healthy food on the festive table a taboo?
The modern times we live in allow people to receive information constantly, from various sources and on comprehensive topics. The topic of food is increasingly discussed – food that makes the body feel good and makes us shine. And here we will not divide people into carnivores, vegans, raw foodists, and others. We will talk about delicious, nutritious, and incredibly appetizing food to prepare for our loved ones. We will explore vegetarian cuisine and offer suggestions for meatless dishes to put on the Easter table. We will not compromise our senses in any way, and our bodies will be grateful after hours spent eating and sweet conversations.
Easter dishes – rich in taste, aroma, and colors
The Easter holiday brings a lot of energy for children and adults. Egg fights, sunny outdoor walks, the aroma of beloved Easter bread, time with loved ones – these are the symbols of this spring holiday. Amidst laughter, warm feelings, and the competitive spirit of the strongest egg, the time comes to gather around the table. It traditionally starts with a spring salad, namely the so-called Green Salad.
